Implants
Shenton Park Village Dental
This patient was worried about a missing front tooth that was removed around 10 years ago and was tired of his gap and wearing a partial temporary denture. He was having trouble eating and talking with the loose denture. Ideally, a bone and tissue graft was suggested but he was not keen for more surgery. Dr Ash discussed an implant placement with a slight compromise in the gingival aesthetics. The patient was very happy to go ahead with this option.
With careful 3D planning, guided implant placement was done. The patient as pleased with his implant crown and was able to eat and talk with a fixed replacement tooth. With his low smile line, the crown blended beautifully and his function, as well as his confidence, was restored.
